Have had no contact information from them after ordering.

I ordered a hair product from them a few days ago. I got a confirmation from them saying they had received the order but nothing since then. Usually companies ship within a couple of days. I have heard nothing. So I started looking for contact information from them and found reports of scam on the internet.

Same thing with me. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it is disconnected. Unfortunately, they have my CC information.

I ordered something on July 13, 2011 and have never received the product although they sure charged my credit card. AMAZING!!

I placed an order July 26, 2011. When I try to track my shipment, I get no response. I tried calling the phone number, no response. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I too placed an order on July 18th and the charged my credit card the sameday, I have not received my order and nor response when I fill out the form on line. I have called and get no answer. Now that I see these comments I guess I will try calling my credit card company and see if they can do anything.

I placed an order with get-jazzed beauty suppy on Sept 1st. I never received my order. I tried to track my order and they send the same message back saying it can take longer depending where I live. How long does it take to ship 2 bottles of hair color.
