Yes, this company is a SCAM and I am in the process of turning them into the Attorney General's office. They communicated in the beginning and let us to believe the product was on it's way. It has been months and more emails than one should have to sent. My bank is on top of this as well. I think we all need to band together via the internet and FACEBOOK to let everyone know its a scam...

I placed an order with them July 26, 2011. They deducted the money from my debit card. I've been trying to track my order and I get nothing.I have been emailing them and I get no response at all. Can anyone tell me what I need to do.

I placed an order on 7/11/11 and never got an email about my purchase ( I did print it out ). I filled out the "order status" form and never heard back from them. On 8/1/11 they took the money out of my account and my order still hasn't come. I just sent them another request for "order status" which of course said I would hear something within 72 hours. I tried calling the phone number that showed up on my bank site where they had taken out the money, and guess what...that number hasn't been activated yet...huuuummmmm! I think I need to do some more digging and turn them in to everyone I can. I wish I had paid thru paypal, at least I'd get my money back.

I also ordered from their website. They said it would take about 2 weeks - a month later still nothing. Tried to email them and they said they'll get back to me within 72 hours - no response. I emailed them again a week later, still no response.
I just tried now (2 months later) going to their website again to see if there was ANY way of contacting them by phone, etc - and when I googled getjazzed, I got to this scam info.
Charged, and nothing.
What a scam.
I wonder if I need to now change my credit card - number, info whatever - because they have it all.

I too have ordered about a month ago and have yet to receive productI did get an confirmation and an order number. It said 5 to 21 days, which I thought unusual in the first place, but...Fortunately I have not been charged on my credit card. Should that happen I will refuse payment. ej

They ripped me off in the same manner as well! The number I did find on their website is actually for a free ringyones subscription.

I also ordered last month and have been waiting for a package. This finally gives me insight to what is happening because I was so frustrated to not be able to find them again to track where my order had gone. No contact, no update and no product. This is a complete scam and I wonder Joan how it is going on reporting them and how others like myself can help.

The company has now changed their name to 'International Beauty Supply'. Just cancel the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase, if they haven't already deducted the money from your account. Your bank will just reissue a different card associated with that account. That's what I did after presenting my bank with all of my info about this website and their fraudulent b.s.
