I called to order Flexseal and got an answering machine message to leave my name and number. I was called back by a representative and was told that 2 jumbo cans with shipping was $49.87. I told the representative that that was too high as shipping for the 2 cans was $19.90. After going back and forth about the high cost of shipping, I was told by the representative that he would sell me 2 regular cans as well as the two jumbo cans for the $49.87 price. I asked him how could I guarantee that I would be sent that deal and he informed me that all of the conversations were recorded and that Flexseal would have a recording of the call. With that being said I agreed to the offer and gave the representative my credit card information. When the box arrived it only had the two jumbo cans in it and not the 4 cans that were agreed to. I called Flexseal back, talked to a supervisor and was told that they would not honor the deal that the representative had made and that the two cans that I received were all that I had ordered. I informed him that that was not true and that I was giving them two weeks to review the tape of the phone conversation and to honor the deal or else I was going to put a chargeback in with my credit card company for the difference (which I have since done) and was going to file fraud charges with the attorney general's office which I am getting ready to do.
