All of a sudden, I started having problems logging into my account at Gettington.Com. Kept saying my SS# was wrong and there was no way they could "fix" the problem. I have been fighting with them for over a week and each person there telling me a different story. (I had to give them my SS# in the beginning when I applied for credit with them, like with any credit card.) No one would help me and no one wants to do anything to fix the problem. Today, I receive another communication, via email from this company and they stated that in order to "fix" my account, I had to send them a copy of my Birth Certificate, as proof of birth and they would also need to have a copy of my Social Security Card!!!!! They are up to no good and I won't be surprised if they suddenly rob me blind via my banking card (for on line payments), or completely steal my identity. I have NEVER been asked by any company to provide a copy of my SS card and/or my Birth Certificate. I plan to further investigate the company myself and I am also going to turn them into other legal agencies. People, PLEASE, whatever you do, don't get involved with this company. They are no good!
