giant fitness phoney gym, makes up own rules day by day not in contract, fraudulent contract woodbury heights, New Jersey

the owner of giant fitness wife is the most cocky stuck up person esp in buesiness ive ever met. esp formely being a district vice president of one of the biggest known gyms in the united states. i signed up at giant in june 2010 for the platunim membership which stated i could bring a guest as iften as id like. when i signed a phoney contract which didnt have all the information filled out on it, they charged me a yearly fee of 30 dollars in december which is only 6 months into the membership, and when i signed my contract in june ther was no information wriitten on the agreement about the fee n when it would b charged then in december when i got charged the fee i asked to see my agreement n it was all a sudden written in on it but not on my copy. then on 4/11/11 i brought a guest like i was told i could by my plat membship. we worked out and she went on tredmill to do cardio as i steped outside to take an important phone call about 5 min later she comes out n said the owners wife cythia i believe her name is came up to her n said where was i n if i left the gym she had to leave, my friend said i dunno maybe he went ot bathroom, cythia said no he left so u gotta go now. i went back in there n she VERY rudely said guest cant stay here and i said its not stated in my contract and why were u rude to a potential prospect of ur gym a possible member and she handed me a phoney peice of computer paper with just written made up rules. this phoney establishment frauds things and makes up rules as they go which is false advertisment. after they get ur money n u locked into a contract rules change n so does the attitude of the staff...most unprofessional person ive ever dealt with on a business n personal level. a person who thinks her s&it dont stink.
