Giant Tech Sales did not replace defective equipment wentworth, New Hampshire

hello

i purchased a gianttech plasma cutter model cut 50d from giant tech sales,Larry Bixby. the item came as expected. when i unpacked it to use it for the first time i plugged it into the wall and it did not work. i emailed larry right away with the problem on a sunday and he called me in about 15 minutes. wow good customer service i thought. thats were the good ends. he trouble shot it over the phone and we found out the 110 volt side of the 110/220 volt system was dead. He said go ahead and use it and he would send me a replacement right away. well that was in october 2010. it is now jan 2011 and i have not seen anything yet. i have e-mailed him multiple times and even called and left messages with no response. so i am guessing i am stuck with a half working plasma cutter! so for your own good steer clear of of gianttechsales of wentworth, nh!

I purchased a welder from Mr Bixby . After I received the welder it was not the one I wanted. His ad specifically said returns are made including shpg. I sent back the item exactly how I found it. He says that he didn't receive the items it came with and deducted from my return. The man is a scammer, unethical, and I found to be a liar. At all cost stay away from this individual.
