this has got to be one of the most terrible people that this beautiful city has to offer. the face of a devil. while accepting your money as a bank employee, this person will not give you kindness. instead this person will yell and raise their voice, while demeaning you like a small child.

this person does not even pretend to care. while receiving a salary from the bank and a commission for the entrance of large funds of your money into a CD, this person will still bang on their keyboard and computer and look at you with scorn.

good luck trying to have common courtesy from this person (giovanna rivera). she will not greet you, nor say goodbye and you will only see her backside, as she offers you no common courtesy.
