I sent an email about a puppy for sale and after a couple emails and having to answer aseries of questions, I was told that I would be able to get the puppy because they felt it would be going to a good home. All I had to do was pay the shipping and the puppy was to be mine. After making the payment that went to Cameroon, (should ahve know there) but was told it is an international business. Looked at web site and that is what it indicated. Gave the receipt number and was told that we would that the puppy was to be delivered at 6:30am the next morning. At 8am I got a call and the guy on the other end asked if I read my email. I said no and he said read it and call me back. Read it and now I have to pay an additional $1800 for insurance. I knew at that time I was had. I asked for a refund on my payment, now it is a nonrefundable payment. We went back and forth with a few more emails and when we had our shouting match on the phone, I did not hear form them anymore and they would not answer emails or phone calls.
