Global Fares GLOBALFARES.COM Flat out Lied, Told me there was only 2 seats left on the returning flight that I needed to fly back with my sweetheart.

I originally contacted them because my sweetheart booked her round trip flight with them, to Denmark. I am going to be joining her in a couple weeks, and wanted to be on the same flight back to the states with her. When I spoke with them, they gave me a much higher price than they gave her for the same round trip. I questioned the agent about the much higher price? She said she would ask her manager, and he said he would give me a one time break of $50.00. I told her that was still almost $200.00 more than they charged her. She then told me there was only two seats left on the returning flight I needed to be with my sweetheart, and if I didn't reserve them I would not be able to get on the same flight. I went ahead with the reservation. Then she called me back a few minutes later on a different line to make sure I completed the online authorization form she sent to my email address. I told her I just finished it. Then she tells me she was able to get me a seat next to my sweetheart! That sent up a big red flag,so I went and searched around a little and found that more than 3 agents had the same exact flights for $160.00 less than what she charged me. I called her back, and told her what I found.I then told her that she lied to me about the flight only having 2 seats left. She told me she would check the other agents I told her about, and if it was true she would give me a travel voucher for the difference, for overseas only. I told her I would rather have a refund of the difference. Then I got a call from her manager, who informed me that I was getting nothing, but the flight I paid for and if I canceled the flight I would be charged $250.00 cancelation fee. I told him his agent flat out lied to me about the seats left on the returning flight. He said too bad, you signed the authorization form, then hung up on me. I've tried several times to contact them with no answer, and no return calls.
