I have received three calls on my mobile phone from this company. The firsts two calls, the caller said my husband was given as a reference for a person with the same last name. I told the caller I do not know the individual and neither does my husband. I asked how the caller obtained my mobile number and he disconnected the call. The third call received June 15, the caller asked if I was ready to receive legal documents for the same person mentioned in the earlier calls. Since I was not driving when I received the call, I was in the position to hold a more in depth conversation. I asked the callers name and he gave it. I explained I did not know the individual he called about and asked how he obtained my mobile number/. This time he said the person had given my name and number. I told him that was impossible. He gave me a telephone number and reference number to follow up with. I called the number and the recording gave the name of the company. I did not reach a person. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
