Their website has a multitude of pictures of beautiful dresses and even lets the buyer enter in their own measurements for a custom made dress. However, the quality of the dresses does not come close to matching the pictures on their website and, in fact, the two dresses that I ordered for my daughters were much larger than the supposed measurements listed for the particular sizes ordered (one dress was a custom order dress; however, the measurements of that dress were not what I had ordered either). After taking 10+ pictures of each of my daughters in their dresses (and including the measuring tape measurements of the dresses clearly showing the incorrect measurements), the only options they gave me were: 1) return the dresses so they could measure them; at which point they were do any alterations if they felt it was needed. If they determined the dresses were correctly made, they would return them to me and I would be responsible for shipping back and forth (this is from the US to China). The second option was to give me a refund of only $20 (I paid over $200) to use towards getting them altered myself.
I did not even want to keep these dresses at this point because not only were they huge and would require more than $20 worth of alterations, but the beading on them was terrible and neither looked like the pictures on their website. (They won't accept returns, however, if you simply do not like their work). I did open a dispute with PayPal since that is how I sent payment. PayPal basically said, sorry but "the item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection." Whatever that means. So, buyers beware before you order from this website because everything looks great on the site and the prices are good; however, the quality is sub-par (you get what you pay for) - you will NOT be able to get a refund and will be stuck with poorly made dresses.

hold on, I guess it's a nefarious slander against globetrendy, and we called it " peer cut-throat competition"
it's unfair to globetrendy and irresponsible to customers
no no, you shouldn't do that
btw, I bought my dress from this store, everything is perfect. the quality, the style, ect. It fitted me very well, and I got a lots compliments. I was satisfied abt their work and customer service
and I just cant believe it they will be such mean.
so dont be mean to them, and pretend u r a victim |
