Glucosulin Health Resource Ordered as diabetic aid to control blood sugar and weight control. DOES NOT WORK! Lewiston, Maine

When I called to inquire about the benefits of glucosulin I was told the product would help control blood sugar in diabetics and also help with weight control. When I said I wanted to check before ordering I was told they would send a 30 day supply and would only charge $11.80 to my credit card. If I was not pleased or satisfied the product could be returned and my credit card would not be charged. When I tried to call about returning the bottles my telephone call would not go through. After trying for several days I finally was able to talk with John in customer service who said I missed the return date (you have to return the bottles within 30 days of the shipment date and you have to call first to get a RMA) but would allow a 50% discount to keep the glucosulin. When I said I did not want the product I was told if I didn't pay they would turn it over for collection. They have charged my credit card $99.95 in addition to the $11.80 shipping. I am disputing this with American Express. This method of conducting business is a real scam and should be investigated by the Attorney General's office in their state to prohibit them from continuing to take advantage of people with their deceptive methods.
