This creature calls it's self a man and I truly think it believes that it is. In fact it is far from it, a horror show of lies, slander, and useless posturing is the only thing that keeps him alive anymore. If it weren't for being King High Pubah of Satanism/Shit Mountain, it would've died long ago. Speaking of tiny and little, the only thing smaller than it's ego is it's sad excuse for a baby penis. Maybe trying to rule Shit Mountain is him trying to compensate for something? I think so. After my private investigation team and myself wasted hours of man time we uncovered a disgusting network of bullshit accumulated beneath this monster. A slew of Fraudulent Websites and profiles, just to begin with, ranging from ebay pages in which he sold "spells" for any occasion; for prices ranging from 50$ to 499.99$ with no verification of completion of said "magical operations". After tracking his IP address over several states we discovered that he was not only a strong supporter of a Man/Boy sexual organization but a Card Holding Member of said organization, while NAMBLA has denied all phone calls regarding Tom Erik Raspotnik the proof is in the pudding. You cannot hide from us Tom, we will uncover everything you've been working so hard to hide. You will be exposed for the disgusting abomination that you are. Welcome to the real world. Are perpetrating another scam. This time, against me!

I am the holder and registrant of the domain: www.templeoftheancientdragons.org
I registered this domain when I signed up for a paid web-hosting account with Host Gator on March 29th, 2013.

I have used the website title of "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" for over two years when I had it hosted on a free web-hosting account with 000webhost.com - under the domain: dragonseye.site90.net. This was where "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" was located originally for over two years.

I have also represented my new organization-to-be under the name "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" when signing on to support two grassroots initiatives. "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" can be found as a signatory, under "faith leaders" of the California Proposition 37 - known as the "Mandatory Labeling of GMO-containing Food" initiative.

I have also, under "Temple of The Ancient Dragons", signed on to and showed my support for the "Internet Declaration of Openness and Freedom" initiative.

These two declarations can be searched for under any of the search engines, as those articles are STILL in existence!

My "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" is also registered as a "mystic and occult" organization with WitchVox (Voice of the Witch) website for over a year and a half now.

There are also a few guestbooks from other sites, where I have signed NOT ONLY AS "Dragon's Eye", but also (shamelessly-plugged) my "temple website" under its name "Temple of The Ancient Dragons".

Very interesting that I would discover, by happenstance a few days ago, that templeoftheancientdragon.org, dot-com, and dot-net was registered only a mere one and a half months after my DNS registration! Also, very interesting, that there is pending with the UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE, the trademark for "Temple of the Ancient Dragon" - under the applicant name of: Cindy Fleming, Raspotnik's partner, "girl-friend", and "High-Priestess". This trademark filing is dated: May 17th, 2013 - about a month and a half after my own DNS registration - AND - it can be classed as "deceptively-similar to" my "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" site-title AND domain name.

After doing some searching around on the internet, I found plenty of links to articles, complaints, gripes, and charges against both Tom Raspotnik and Cindy Fleming. I have learned that they are career scammers, sham-artists, hucksters, slanderers, and virtually every other unkind, unethical, and undignified type of behavior. Their only rebuttals have typically been MORE SLANDER, MORE LIBEL, MORE POSTURING, and MORE THREATS!

Now,

They look as though they are trying to either take away from me my Natural, Common-Law right to my intellectual property and the enjoyment and benefits thereof - by filing what I call an "aggressive and predatory filing" of a trademark on a name and/or title very similar to the one i have used for some time BEFORE they have - OR - They are attempting to coerce and pressure me to abandon my right to the use and enjoyment of what amounts to my own intellectual use of my idea ("Temple of The Ancient dragons" - as an organization, organizational website, a future business - where my girlfriend and I can sell our own handcrafted wares on-line) that I have FIRST public use of these forms of expression. This amounts to an attempt to mis-use the laws governing the protection of others' intellectual pursuits and their uses thereof - as a means to forcibly TAKE, minimize the enjoyment thereof, or otherwise threaten, coerce, or in any other way pressure the original user of the idea, created work(s), or particular use of said idea!

I understand that the uspto.gov website (of the UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE) takes no responsibility for searching and researching whether a prospective trademark filing is unique or different enough from an already existing idea, title, phrase, or any other similar thing - so as to preclude any confusing similarities. The works have to be different enough to easily distinguishable from one another by the general public. THIS trademark filing is NOT too different, but actually VERY SIMILAR to the title, phrase, and domain name that I was already using for the previous two plus years and count!

The uspto.gov website also states that a trademark filing can be contested on Common-Law usage and rights grounds if said work(s) (are similarity thereof) was already publicly in use, regardless if what is being used for commercial activity or not! In essence, their deliberate-similarity filing of a trademark for a name too similar to MY USES of the name "Temple of The Ancient Dragons" AND the scheme it is to be used for are in direct conflict of the law, and in direct conflict with my already pre-existing-use rights under the Common-Law Rights of use!

The patent and trademark protection laws were intended to protect an already existing or created idea, by its innovator or the innovator of the conceptual use thereof, that is to be "trademarked". These laws are supposed to act as a shield from commercial exploitation and misrepresentation, by others who have no such "innovator's right" to, the original protected work or its innovative concept usage. This is to protect the original innovator or one or more who are designated to act in behalf of or for the original innovator.

THESE TWO, Thomas Eric(or Erik) Raspotnik, and Cindy Leane Fleming are perpetrating a gross fraud and a gross violation of MY RIGHTS to the title, name - together with the conceptual use in an organization (especially of occult, mystic, religious, spiritual), organizational website, AND as a future possible business enterprise for my girlfriend and myself to sell our handcrafted items, be they ritual items, jewelry, heraldry items, etc. on-line through our own on-line web-store! THESE two are, with full knowledge and intent, are violating not only the Common-Law Rights to create, use, and enjoy the benefits of my (or "our" - girlfriend included as in) creative endeavor(s), but also violating the intent and spirit of these laws, themselves, in their fraudulent filings of trademark for claiming an already-existing idea or usage concept that does NOT belong to them!!!
