| I purchased a work from home Internet Program for 37.00 on or around May 18, 2011 called goclickcash.com. It stated it had a 30 day money back guarantee. I have sent support tickets by signing into the website at least 5 times asking for a refund of my money. The support ticket stated it was being reviewed. They have had plenty of time to return my money and now I can't even log into the website. It will not accept my password and I am not able to reset my password. This is the the biggest scam, but when I saw the Better Business Bureau logo, I was sure it was legit. The Better Business Bureau site knows nothing about this website and they are not certified by them either. I cannot get my money back either. They have sent me no e-mails concerning the refund. If possibly you could help me resolve this issue, it would greatly be appreciated. Buyer's Beware! Always go to the Better Business Bureau first and check it out, because they are fraudulently using there logo on site. |

| I too have not recieved my money back of $48 dollars they are a rip off company with false promises!!! No JOKE. I have been asking for a refund for 11 days now, and i'll i'm getting from them is that they will try to help me with my issues and give me back 25% of the purchase price. Now i don't have any issues with the program... my issue is that they WONT give me my 100% money back guarantee. So i have the same problem as the above person. They are liers and cheats!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PROGRAM... TOTAL SCAM!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. |

| I too have had issues. I do not wnat to use their hosting service and it appears this is the only way they will allow me to continue. There was no mention of this in their initial offer - only claims of making hundreds of thoudands in days. SCAM SCAM SCAM. |

Me too. It's not a lot of money to loose, but it is the principal of it. I cannot install this product. They keep giving me the run around. Now they state that they will install the program on my site, just give them my ftp account info. NO WAY! What a joke, oh well, they give a bad name to any of the legit programs that might be out there. I just purchased another one. Haven't had a chance to start using it yet, hoping it will be OK. This one is called Killer Content at http://killercontent.com/
Is it worth filing a consumer complaint with some agency?

| I am looking into this issue with the better business bureau. I made two payments of 47 dollars each. I cannot beleive that people are allowed to do this shit and get away with it. People are out of work and just trying to pay their bills. seriously what is this world coming to. |

I am getting increasingly impatient with no reply from support . I have complained bitterly about the quality of the video including the fact that, at one point, it promises free hosting.
I also had trouble installing it and there is an error on the written instructions . I contacted BrainHost and they sent me a new instruction booklet.
