Gold Crown Property Management is yet another Florida based timeshare marketing company that promises to sell or rent your timeshare, yet fails to do so after extracting as much money as they can. They promised, in writing, to provide at least 3 legitimate offers to rent or buy my timeshare. However, their definition of 'legitimate' is not the same definition as in the dictionary. Also, after they got their 3 'offers', they quit the listing. Beware of phone promises! They wouldn't send me information in the mail but referred me to their website, which can be misleading. When I finally agreed to do business and received the documents in the mail, the documents didn't match the phone promises. A phone call later with more undocumented promises sealed my fate - more money lost to dishonest Florida timeshare marketers.
