Goodwill North Ga Employee gets away with theft even though it was reported Buford, Georgia

First and foremost the ADC manager is verbally abusive to the employees, the ones he doesnt like. His name is Richard Wabberson. One employee with autism removed a box of trash off the truck because another production manager complained of flies and maggots in the bulks. There is a rule that you do not even take your own personal trash. He removed the box of personal trash when adc manager pulled up. Box had a baseball glove and ball in the bottom. He was given 2 choices either voluntarily resign or court/jail. He resigned. Funny thing is another employee Antonio has been taking items including a Braves jacket with $200 in the pocket and 2 Goodwill propane tanks which he admitted to, when brought up to the ADC manager he said he himself took them, not true because I saw Antonio put them in his personal vehicle. This was reported to the transportation supervisor and nothing has been done about it. The ADC manager is in cohoots with this employee. Someone came out to question another employee and yet he is still working there. Why is one employee asked to leave over a box with glove and baseball but it is ok for this employee to take Goodwill property off the truck for personal use. Other things have been taken as well but no one seems to care.

I see you don't seem to be mentioning that the baseball glove and ball was only 2 things you and he stole from Goodwill. Also that you are jealous of Antonio because he can do his job effectively and doesn't bad mouth the manager. Any manager prefers employees who do the job right and they don't have to keep telling them over and over the same simple things. Also that a joke was played on you, the same person "found" a large amount of money. Three weekends in a row. After going to lunch. You also forgot to mention that you were angry because he didn't give you your part. Did you even notice that the propane tanks disappeared when the heater was no longer needed as much? Also a day when the manager was there before you arrived? So you could not have seen him put them in his car. Another thing is that the trucks are changed almost daily why would anybody have a whole box of trash in the truck with maggots and flies?
