My father in law purchased a hemeosense machine from rob remitz @gosouthernmd, he lost his wife 1 month after purchase, I contacted the company to see where I could possibly sell a coumadin machine assuming too much time had passed since purchase, however i let it be known it was used a total of 3 times prior to my mother in law passing, he suggested sending it back to him and once he inspected condition we would, "go from there", the company received the machine November 10th of last month, I have been waiting on a response to no avail. I have sent numerous emails to this company and called numerous times, I am in truly disappointed that this company has no problem taking back items and having no problems responding up until they received the item now its like they have dropped off the face of the earth. I do not live in AZ where the company is based out of otherwise I would be at their front door, this is by far the worst I have been treated by any company, very concerned I have been ripped off. I need some assistance on my course of action to get the $1300 for the item i sent back. Its bad enough we have lost a loved one now we have to deal with a sales rep with a very low sense of respect for his business
