Governor John Kasich State Medical Board of Ohio instead of answering ripoff reports, open the 'confidential' files at the State Medical Board of Ohio

OPEN THE "CONFIDENTIAL" AT THE STATE MEDICAL BOARd OF Ohio: Instead of using state monies to publish my letter(s) pleading that you let me go, or answering ripoff reports, open the 'confidential' files at the State Medical Board of Ohio as in every other state. Let the physicians falsely accused of objecting to the wrong care for THEMSELVES - which is NOT a reason to suspend a medical license in any other state - go to another state where they need Board Certified physicians - states where they allow physicians to get care-to-function and have open physician complaints. Alaska, Rhode Island, Hawaii to name a few. In Rhode Island the medical community would not dare give any credence to an anonymous physician complaint - they expect that if you are going to trash someone, you PUT YOUR NAME ON IT SO THAT YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE. The Ohio State Medical Board and its Members are accountable to NO ONE - not even the public, the Governor, or the Ohio Court of Appeals. Because women physicians care for patients, we can't have our fractures ripening to excrescence, our blood work in the trash, our x-rays misread, and our bone conditions untreated until we fracture again -it's not personal. You have psychiatrists aplenty in Ohio, just no physicians wanting to work and provide standard of care. Dr. Nice was only interested in playing polo, Dr. Keith in getting his due from his wife at night (he said he couldn't function properly if he had to worry about my fracture - the worst excuse for impotence that I ever heard). Now let's get beyond the Weiner, Edwards, and Tiger Woods trash, and realize that the State Medical Board of Ohio is supposed to set standards of care, encourage the best care, and allow physicians to get care so that they can get back to work. If you have no better use of my degrees that to send me to a SIXTH two-day psychiatric evaluation to discuss my sex life, and why I disagreed with certain orthopedics in 1992 -- there's something WRONG - we should all have better things to do. And why a Forensic Psychiatrist who deals with criminals, murderers, child molesters, child killers, serial killers, and monsters? I'm fine if I'm working, healthy, able to get medical care and don't have to mention Nice, Keith or Ohio. But you've all kept me mentioning those names for 19 years - guys that don't deserve any mention whatsoever. Suggestion: Jack Amato MD could use me at his Irondale Ohio Clinic tomorrow - from what I gathered from his office staff people - they were drooling on the phone at the thought that a Board Certified WOMAN Internist might be able to come work with him if the State Medical Board of Ohio got real - they mentioned that they wanted & needed one. That's how much women want another Ohio woman physician - how much I wanted a woman orthopedic instead of Drs. Nice & Keith. He could check out my skills provisionally - if Jack Amato stops harassing me. Drs. Nice and Keith were asked to sign off of my care within days of the care problems developing - just bundle the records and refer. The problem: they wouldn't because there are no medical mistake laws in Ohio. That's not my problem - I went to the offices to get the records, confront about the care, get the signed off their care, and stop the nonsense. My father told Dr. Nice to hand over the records, call the Mayo Clinic and not do the Board Complaint - that I would write a letter that things were ok when he had DISCUSSED with our family - never happened. We all needed that Drs. Nice & Keith sit down with my parents & I and DISCUSS - Dr. Nice's wife had called our house for even polo demonstration monies and he couldn't discuss his orthopedic care. Marchelle L. Suppan, D.P.M. seems like a guy who should be able to discuss things and let everyone move on - but it doesn't happen. You can't think that the false discipline situations are going to resolve with on-line chat. In 1992, I had a Fellowship in Bone Metabolism, adult & children, at St. Louis University - and I was unable to take this because of Dr. Nice & Keith lies - they shouldn't have been ON MY CASE in 1992 - they were fired multiple times in 1991 - both of them. The physician was going to re-assess my bone condition and try to improve it with some of the new bone medications - so that I would leave with a Fellowship and cured. No brainer win-win, and the Ohio State Medical Board stepped in to suspend my medical license for 'making too much of bad medical care' - care that they should have improved YEARS before. Dr. Nice had been doing bad erratic care since residency. Dr. Keith was like an Asperger's adult - unable to communicate in a normal way with a woman patient. Neither were my psych problems, and for sure I don't want to talk about my bad care - I've wanted to move on for 19 years, but there isn't a plan for this at THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD OF OHIO. The plan is to keep the fight going unless Governor Kasich steps in and says 'settle' it and move on. The answer is not a sixth psychiatric evaluation, it's to dismiss the case after opening the 'confidential' file and letting there be some discussion of what happened - there weren't any patient complaints and it was a physician-physician fight over bad care. Dr. Nice doesn't have to do good care, and Dr. Keith doesn't have to get signed consents for his 'experiments.' For months in the early 1990s, I had asked that the State Medical Board just help me get my medical records from Dr. Nice and that someone would speak to him that my working with him wasn't working out - and his wife didn't like it. But no one helped with those unofficial attempts to resolve things. My father asked that Dr. Keith speak with HIM and discuss who I should follow with rather than him - but he wouldn't do it - too neurotic. HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL IN A MESS: STILL I have friends in other states that will help me recheck my Internal Medicine skills, at their local residency programs, and move on - states where I would never have to mention Nice, Keith or the Ohio State Medical Board again - LET ME GO. There is a permanent stack of every psychiatric test on the books, and in the pipeline, on file at Columbia-Presbyterian on me - every test is 'normal.' The Ohio State Medical Board has cheated on a Rorschach Test and made up a diagnosis that didn't exist (which they paid a Columbus psychiatrist to do) - all legal in Ohio. It's time to move on - stop the psychiatric gig and let me spend some days with Dr. Amato and see if he isn't impressed.
