Governor John Kasich State Medical Board of Ohio like in Texas, needs to review all physician medical license suspensions with anonymous 'confidentia

Physicians are wasting their lives with the Ohio State Medical Board anonymous 'confidential' complaint system in Ohio. This has finally been outlawed in Texas - Governor Rick Perry can do it while campaigning for President, but not Governor Kasich. The problem has existed since 'confidential' complaints started in the 1990s at the Ohio State Medical Board. The anonymous complaint process unfortunately makes it easy for a bad-faith complainant to use the Medical Boardâ€™s disciplinary process to attack other physicians whether they are rivals to the complainant's practice or have a former employment relationship - especially if no patient complaints exist for the physician complained about. There are a stack of such cases at the State Medical Board of Ohio that Governor Kasich has known about since he took office. One women physician is going to die of an untreated bone condition unless it can be admitted by the State Medical Board that she did not 'make too much of her bone pains & fractures' = the reason for her medical licensure suspension. Per the Medical Board, she just needs a new right Ohio psychiatrist to stop the bone pains & fractures, and it hasn't worked. Governor Kasich doesn't have the time, Brad Reynolds doesn't understand medical anything, and Mr. 'Rick' Whitehouse can't find his cell phone. And her competition just laughs all the way to the bank, see. . .patient care didn't matter. . . While Governor Kasich plans the holidays, maybe he could first unsuspend all of the physicians falsely suspended by jealous colleagues in the last 2 decades? All the cases fast-tracked by Carla O'Day MD in the early 1990s need to be reviewed - this was common practice for her. Dr. Anita Steinbergh, and Lance Talmadge have continued the practice - if you irk them, you shouldn't practice medicine in Ohio. It has nothing to do with a physician's patient care in Ohio; it's all about Dr. Nice.
