Grace's Appliance Chris Took $150.00 check for deposit of oven part, never called back, when we called him a week after he said the part would be in,

A year ago Chris came by to give us a free estimate on an oven range that wasnt heating up. My wife was home when he came. He dismanteled it and told her it needed a part, and he needed a deposit of $150.00 to order it. She gave him a check, and he never called us back. A couple weeks later we called him and he didnt know the status of our order. he was going to check it out. He didnt call back. In the meantime we got somebody else to look at it. They told us that the part we were waiting on was not the problem.\, he got the part in a couple days and fixed it. We waited on chris to see if he would call until the oven was fixed, but he never called. Ive called him numerous time throughout the year, and he always promisses to mail check or drop it off. He never does, but never argues that he does'nt owe us the money. I always have to call him. He has two company names, right now I dont have it at my disposal. He has two address; one on Mack in Grosse Pte. Farms that dosent exist, and one in Sterling Heights. I called him today, and as usual he couldnt talk,he was on a job, but would get back to me tommorrow. Tomorrow never comes with him.
