Is there anything worse than winning $800 at an online casino you've patronized for more than 3 years only to be told it won't payout? OMG! The Grand Prive group of casinos are a complete and total ripoff! Anyone who gambles at any of the Grand Prive casinos, Bella Vegas, Casino Grand Bay, Jupiter Club, Lake Palace or Roadhouse Reels is throwing money away. These casinos will find a way to justify not paying you. Their terms and conditions are ridiculous. Worse still is the fact that the staff are rude and completely unreasonable. Again, if you gamble at a Grand Prive casino, you do so at your peril!

Dear Ms. McQuaid,

Since 03/04/2010 you have registered 22 separate accounts with the Grand Privé group, using different email addresses and different names. You registered these accounts using the same credit card, password, physical address, and from the same IP address. The accounts were active during the period and you took unfair advantage of our generous free money offers.

You did successfully cash-out on four separate occasions before your fraudulent activity was detected.

We engaged in a discussion with you following our refusal to allow you to cash-out your latest win of $800. During this discussion you suggested to us that in order to resolve the situation, the casino should refund you your deposits since your last cash-out. We agreed to this, and refunded you an amount of $165 and now consider the matter closed.

It is clearly stated on our General Terms and Conditions that only one account is allowed per player:
“Only ONE account per player is allowed. The Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse the Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any prize, or participate in the Games.”

It is also clearly stated in our Promotional Terms and Conditions that winnings will be void should it be found that a player has multiple accounts.
“6. Each individual player is entitled to one (1) account only. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. In cases where a player has more than one account, winnings will be VOID.”
