Grantassist.org/grantassist.com will rip you off. They will charge you for services after 7 days that you are unaware of. I ordered a CD package for 2.97, 7 days later they charged me 57.93 for services I didn't even know about which are hidden in their terms of use. They will not refund your money or let you speak to anyone else besides who answers the phone. You need to tell them to not charge you anymore or they will keep charging you. I found the internet ad on plentyoffish.com offering grant money for residents who make less than a minimum amount. The ad also appears with other offers, all of which deal with some kind of grant money for start up businesses or education. I am not sure where they are, but from reading others problems with this site they are located outside of the country as to avoid prosecution for their shady business practices.
