Refuses to cancel magazines I don't read

Great American Reader has been removing 33.73 from my credit card each month then threatens to send me to a creditor. I've repeadedly asked them by phone to cancell and they refuse. They call four to five times a day Justin called to inform me he was a lawyer and they would take me to court. I have written them three seperate letters and asked them to stop calling and cancel. No Reply just harassing phone calls. My latest call was today10/17/12 at 5:12 pm to inform me they did not get a payment. I pulled out my credit card bill and said you took a payment in Sept, as well as 10/5/12. How do I get them to stop sending me mag. I don't read and stop taking money from my credit card when they were asked on several occassions to cancel. Thanks for your time.
