Zunaweb.com and Zuna.net Take Customer Deposits and do not Complete Work. Greg Young and Deven Desai of Illinois are SCAMMERS. NOTICE - FILING CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - POST IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE YOUR STORY I am an entrepreneur who hired Greg Young of Zunaweb.com to design 2 websites. (These fraudsters recently changed to zuna.net - I am assuming they are running from more people than just me) I paid them 2 deposits of $500 each for 2 websites, where a 3-4 week project completion time was guaranteed. They started off extremely well. The email contact was good, and even though we ended up (at first) being quite past schedule, they were still contacting me with updates on delays, etc. This is pretty standard in the web design business (running late) so I was patient about the progress. Then, an entire month (August) went by and I was not able to contact my Project Manager, Deven Desai. He did not return emails or phone calls in this time period. After I started getting concerned, I emailed Greg Young (who I assume to be the owner) to find out what was going on with my projects. They were now 4 MONTHS OVERDUE. Let me say, that Greg Young had no interest in client satisfaction. The fact is I had prepaid $1000 for 2 Websites that were not even close to being completed. I told him I wanted the websites completed or a full refund. Greg Young then started a fool's charade, where he told me my websites were going to be put on rush status and completed. Another month goes by and I ask him "where are my websites" Like a complete child, he sends me the link of one half completed website which had no progress since July. And even though the aesthetic was correct, I must admit the designers had not followed any of my requirements in the Questionnaire Zuna sends out to clients...ahem...victims. The websites are now overdue 8 months, and lawyers are involved. Greg Young has lied to me repeatedly, Greg Young has ignored my requests for a refund, Greg Young has not taken any appropriate measures to rectify this situation, and there are many other people I have spoken to who are disappointed with Zuna. And if you, dear reader, are also one of them, I encourage you to post your story below. Greg Young of Zuna.net, and zunaweb.com have STOLEN $1000 from me. Do not do business with Zunaweb, Greg Young, or Deven Desai for any reason. Mr. Greg Young....are you asleep at the wheel of your business? When you take a deposit from someone and you don't deliver the goods, a refund is required. (Greg Young emailed me this apology - but with no refund or rectification):

Subject: Re: Reminder- Issue Refund Hi Angela, I've taken some time to look into your projects, and would like to try to make this right. Although it's our policy not to issue refunds on projects that are partially complete, your issues are consistent with several other problems with Deven's projects during that period. As you may know, we recently had to let Deven go because of communication issues. Can we set up a time to speak over the phone? I'd like to figure out exactly what happened, and if a refund is warranted, I can make a case to my colleagues to authorize a full or partial refund for extraordinary circumstances.
