Grizzly Entertainment Took my $500 and didn't send guitar Citrus Heights , California

I ordered a Takamine guitar from them that cost me $500 and after weeks of waiting no guitar ever arrived. I called and emailed many many times. After a while they sent me an email saying that they couldn't locate a tracking number and that the long delay must be because of the weather but if I wanted, they would process a full refund. That was almost 9 days ago and now, they have stopped answering my emails. I have not been refunded. It is extremely fishy that all of the posted complaints tell a similar story. If it looks like fraud, it sounds like fraud, it smells like fraud, it probably is fraud. By the way, Ebay, Paypal and Visa have treated me like a ping pong ball in all of this. Call one only to be bounced to the next and the next and back again.

This has also happened to my husband. We ordered a hard-to-find power cord for my daughter's keyboard back in mid-December. It is now mid-February and we have not received the item. Thankfully the item was inexpensive ($25), but we will be contacting our bank to report this as a fraudulent company. I'm surprised that with so many complaints on the internet that they are still able to scam so many people...I'd expect them to have been prosecuted by now as this is clearly considered INTERNET FRAUD.
