Gave us a locked in quote and then when they came to move charged us over double the quote. Quoter is a quack. We feel he underquotes so he can overprice. When our belongings finally arrived to Oregon the boxes looked like accordians, my file cabinet was bent and the doors wouldn't open, tool boxes looked like they had been held upside down. Heavy items were packed on top of the fragile, glass items. If we hadn't done our own packing the boxes wouldn't have made it. Picture frames and glass were broke. To top it off my Lincoln Mig Welder never showed up and I have been talking to them for over two weeks and they said they are stilll checking with the warehouse. At $50.00 a day it is getting rather expensive to rent a welder for my fabrications. Would never use or recommend this company again. I have moved to Europe, Panama and Hawaii and have never had a problem until Guardian. The replacement of the welder is still in the air and will probably take another week or two before I find out anything.
