If you enjoy being told one thing and being treated the opposite then you will love this place. After months of costly boat repairs this team of geniuses could not figure out the problem. I had to stay on top of them constantly just to get an update on my vessel. Turns out that when a race boat comes in you become forgotten. This happens often because they dont stay running long either. They call them "career boats" which puts you in the back of the line even if you have some seniority, even if you have already paid. I finally lost my patience for the last time when i was told my boat would not sit out and cook/ get rained on over a long weekend. Instead of putting it inside like they said they would, they left it outside uncovered all weekend, still broke. I do not own a million dollar boat. I DO own a nice boat and i expect it to be treated with respect. If i treated my clients how these clowns treated me...i would not have any clients. I finally got a good mechanic to locate and fix my problem without killing my checkbook or my time. If you take your boat here you are assured of several things. Its going to be expensive, your vessel will be there for months, and you are going to get the runaround. I was warned not to bring my boat here but decided to give them a shot because they were so close to my home. As usual, i learned the hard way.
