Harrassing phone calls

I have been paying on this loan for the past four years. I was also made to deposit $50.00 into a "savings before I could receive The College Network Loan. The rate of "interest" on this "savings" account is 0.25% APR. The payments are $147.37/month and I pay 12% interest. I have always paid on time, however now I am enrolled full-time in a local two-year college in Albany, NY and working towards my ASN degree. The books I am still paying for through The College Network are absolutely useless. I continue to pay for them, as I am responsible for all my debts and have never defaulted on a loan.
I owe $147.37 payment for the March 21, 2011 bill. I have received six phone calls since March 31st, asking me when I will pay this amount. I have advised at least two callers, my "account manager, Judy" being one of them, that I will make this payment on April 17th and that I will make April 21st, 2011 payment prior to the end of April.
I asked that I not be called three-four times a day regarding this and was told by "Judy" that I will continue to receive these calls until I am no longer "past due". I explained that I am not even 30 days delinquent and she said that this has no bearing on getting daily, multiple phone calls. I have contacted a NYS Consumer Law attorney and am awaiting word back to see if I have any legal recourse against this practice.
"Judy" the "account manager", advised me that she does not give out her last name and overspoke me during our entire phone conversation. Her phone number is 877-247-2118, ext 3942. I told her repeatedly I did not want daily multiple phone calls and she insists that this has no bearing on my being called in this manner. I advised her that I would be taping any phone calls from her organization in the future, and her reply was, "Go right ahead! We tape our phone calls, too." I advised her that I would be making a formal complaint against her organization, and she replied that this has nothing to do with her.
