Haywood Turner 6 months stolen Columbus, Georgia

I will keep it short, and sweet. No this man wasn't a good guy
at all. He was part of the Columbus corruption that has gone on for
years. I sat in jail for 6 months, because he thought he could legally
do anything he wanted. I had not committed any crime what so ever. I
wasn't arrested by the police at all. I was summonsed to his court room
regarding a peace warrant, and he him self charged me with Trespassing.
They tried on four different occasions to get me to plea to it which I
laughed in their face every time knowing I was going back to the hotel
to wait for the next time. Keep in mind this same Judge issued a
Stalking charge on me regarding the same subject that I was ordered to
appear before him regarding the peace warrant. When he placed the
stalking charge on me in 03 I wasn't even in Columbus, GA. I was in
North Ga. When I was placed in jail from the peace warrant hearing when
he charged me with trespassing in July of 08 he told me I wasn't going
to win as if it were a game to him. I was ignored by the crooked court
system for 6 months as I had already filed a motion my self for a speedy
trial. Judge Prather was involved with the crap as well. They ignored
me as if I were a nobody. I never plead to any of the crap, and I was
released from jail on December 24th of 08. I sat in jail from that July
until then. He stole time from my life all in a game as though he could
do what he wanted. I will never forget it, nor forgive it. I stand for
what I know is right, and I don't do anything to anyone. I know God
knows this as well. If I could throw crap in his face I would in a heart
beat. He was a sick man, and all know he did point that gun at the
little Asian woman. He was slapped on the wrist as if he were someone.
Let me tell you this though. He is answering the bell for all that he
was ever involved with now.
