I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD TO AVOID THEIR CHARGES! I received a charge of $70 on my credit card, called and the customer service rep yelled at me! I had to cancel my card because they will charge $70 every two weeks to your card, but the best part of this awful experience. I never even received the trial! A TRUE scam! DO NOT order ColotThin or HCG xtreme!

OMG I am on the same boat. I've been calling them since saturday to claim about the sample i never received. I called them to also cancel the trial before it expired and the # just leaves you on hold. No one ever answers. THIS IS HORRIBLE how they can get away with this. -CM

It took over a month for the trial product to arrive and all I want to do is return the product but I have been waiting over 30 minutes on line to get a RMA number. This so called product is not worth the 4.95 shipping cost much less the $89.95 + shipping they want every 30 days. There so called customer service doesn't exhist. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Well I will join the crowd. I ordered my "trial" on July 24, 2011 and they had no problem charging my card. I waited patiently and made 7 call during the several weeks following. First to find out where the "trial" was and then to cancel. I kept very good records of all calls and dates and people I spoke with. As the rest of you indicate they are very skilled in the scam. Anyway, I called my credit card company and reported the scam and to stop and further charges. It just frosts me that they have thousands of peoples $4.95 with no intention of sending the trials. Any then charging the cards for additional orders that they have no intention of fulfilling.

I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but since I only have a web address it wasn't possible. At least not on-line. NL

I had to wait awhile on hold to talk with customer service. They claim they are going to refund my money in 3-5 business days. I will see.

I just called because they charged me for something I don't have...they advised the $4.95 trial is non-refundable, cancelled my account but since the order is already on it's way they can only refund half of the $89.95 now and the other half when I myself return the product. I didn't have to wait very long on hold, we will see if I get the half credit and the product.
