Creative Bioscience is a big scam DO NOT PURCHASE HCG1234. They "guarantee" their product with a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. But, the useless drops do not work, and you will never get your money back. They claim you have to eat almost nothing (except for cucumbers) and take the drops. I bought the product and did everything they said I should religiously...I LOST ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. When I tried to get my money back, they gave me the run around, and then say I have to go through their website to request a refund. They refuse to speak to you, and there is no customer service person to speak with. I have been waiting 3 months to get my money back, and even though I told them I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I am still getting the run around.
The HCG1234 drops do not work, and they do not refund your money!!! Do not buy this useless sweetened water. |

| I purchased HCG 1234 & nowhere on their website did I see that the product was "hormone free" which is what I was told was told by their Customer Service Department when I called for a refund; supposedly it is shown on outside of "new bottles". I guess I must have gotten an old bottle because not only does it not say anything on the outside about "hormone free", I work at a facility which has a Health Clinic & went to test the product on a pregnancy urinalysis which should show as positive & to my surprise & $79 less, test was negative for any pregnancy hormone. The head nurse informed me that I'd been had giving me the negative pregnancy test to send back with product to show proof of having purchased nothing. Try calling for a refund, they tell you to go on website refund@hcg1234 & guess what? There's no way of doing anything because that just gives you this site along with a bunch of others & you have to find your way. SCAM FOR DAYZZZZZZZ! I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau, as well as, my credit card company to dispute the charge made on my account & that it has been impossible to contact anyone for a return. |

| This product gave me a huge, hard (and tender) lump under my chin, and only on the right side of my face. It looked like a tumor hanging off my jaw. I went to a doctor and she gave me antibiotics. I told all of this to their customer service email, and the woman replying said she hasn't heard of their product doing that, and that I should go to a doctor. I replied that if she had read my whole message, she would know that I HAVE been to a doctor, and the doctor said it must've been the product since nothing else in my diet had changed. She said that the doctor should've said what was wrong then, and I just replied, "Yeah, your product, genius." Either their customer service person has a problem with reading, or they really just don't care. So then she just said I was being mean and she'd cease emails. I told her, "Not being mean, just stating the fact. I've already said everything you're recommending in the next message." Anyways, she said something along the lines of she can help if I have more questions or if I want a refund, but not if I'm just going to be mean. Boo freakin' hoo. Michelle White doesn't know how to read and she obviously doesn't care about her job if she's in "Customer Support". If anyone else has had this lump under their chin (kind directly under where you're put the product "under your tongue" but under your face)/a bad reaction to these drops, contact me.
