Headwebmaster.com is suppose to be a small school that includes in their program hands on experience. The agreement with small companies and their schools is simple. They will design your website, create a logo and host for one year for $119.40; they also have other packages this is the least expensive. When I orginally spoke to Ronnie I had also gone online to look up the company everything appeared to be legit. Mostly because I did not know what I was looking at. Now it is clear and with futhre investiagation that all of their positive reviews are on websights they created and they do nto accept negative reviews. I was told they would register my domain and the process would take 2 weeks. the name I wanted they said was taken so I had to pick a new name. Two days later I called in inquire as to rather I would get to view the websight during the creating process so that I could give my input. I left 2 vm's at this time, none of which was returned. So I thought prehapes an email would be easier and sent one. At this time several more days had passed and due to the calls not being returned red flags went up. I left 3 more vm's and left 2-3 more emails. Still no return calls. A little over 2 weeks had past and I had not heard from them at all. So I went to the bank to report a fraud. The following day I called one more time and Ronnie answered swearing he was so sorry he hadn't gotten with me but he was looking at my websight and it was ready for my approval. That when I was to return home to please pull it up and call him back. I did just this only there was no websight and he said he would call me right back to find out why I coudn't pull it up. I knew but I thought I would wait just in case I was wrong. No return call. I left 2 more vm's and then yesterday he left me a vm saying the web sight had not been created yet and there was a confusion in the web name. In between this time I recieved an email from James saying that I had to buy the domain name and that basically I'm unbelievable to think i would get it for free and had threatened him. even though I had never even heard of him until then. I left a another vm and email; email to james and vm to ronnie. Ronnie of course has not responded and then I recieved two emails form james. One saying that my order was cancelled and the second saying under no circumsatnces am I to get my money back. I left a couple of warnings on cragislist due to them advertising on there and they flagged them immediately. I left one vm back to Ronnie and have not heard from anyone since. I'm out $119.40. I have not heard back from my bank but I'm not sure what they can really do!
