Hearst Corporation Invalid subscription billings Internet

i ordered country living for one year and paid my bill on time i got country living off and on then contact hearst corp. the mag. began to come again i paid for one year.i then got a bill for another year but did not order for the subscription. having to call new york after several other calls i finally got someone explained this and ask they did not turn this in to my credit as i do not now or ever want another product from hearst corporation again. this is an aggregation and time out of my day but felt the need to put this on this report because i am sure i am not the only one this happens to. i had no idea hearst need the money that bad. what a poor way to run a business. oh the letter can be a bit intimidating to some maybe so they may feel forced to renew. this is so sad.
