| In April 2011, I sent a deposit to purchase a kitten from Heather Kerns. She told me that I was 4th in line to select a kitten from two litters. Months went by and I did not hear from her. Since I am hearing impaired, I must rely on email. After several emails to her, she finally responded and informed me that I can have the 4th kitten from the first litter because all of the rest have been sold. I did not want that kitten. She also indicated she had emailed me when the litter was born. I emailed her back that I never received the email and could she resend it. She would not. She told me she would notify me when the next litter was born. Again months went by, no email from Heather. I emailed her and again, she claimed she emailed me and told me about the litter. I asked for a copy and again she did not send it. In the meantime, I did purchase another ragdoll because I was waiting forever and she was just refusing to communicate with me in a timely manner. Several months have evolved and again, I had to email her. She finally responds that she sent me an email that I would have the pick of a litter in January. Again, I did not receive it so asked her to resend it. Again she did not send it. There have been nasty emails from Heather that I can produce to anyone who wants to read them. Now, she is refusing to sell me a kitten and refusing to return my deposit. She is saying because I bought another kitten, I defaulted on the contract. Interestingly enough, she changed her website to agree with her statement AFTER she sent me the email. Now she wants to report me to the police. She won't communicate with me in a sensible manner, she won't sell me a kitten and she won't return my deposit. She also claims I gave her a virus/spam in September, which I did not. I recommended to her that she find out who did it and have them prosecuted but she insists it was me. Heather Kerns is difficult, changes her website to agree with the nonsense she emails me, refuses to return my deposit and refuses to sell me a kitten. Is this a responsible breeder? Please let me know if anyone else has had trouble with her. I am at wits end. |

| This report was a misundertsanding on the buyer part, she slandered me assuming that I was doing something to her when I was not. I have spoke to my attourney several times and after seeing that she did not correct this like she promissed I will need to take this to court. I have been in ragdoll breeding for over 10 years and have over 75 references and sell nothing but healthy nice animals, the woman put me on another site and then corrected it but has left this one here thinking I would not see it. She had a deposit down and was rushing the sale when my baby kittens were only just weeks old, she went ahead and kept her money with me and then bought another cat from someone else and then asked for the money back when I was holding two kittens for her to look at, she did not get one or two emails of mine due to I asume a spam issue and she went ahead and jumped so fast to slander me. she is HEARTLESS. |

| I do not remember posting this. I just had to create an account to respond to the above posting and my email address did not come up as already being used on the site. For those reasons, I can only assume this report transferred from the Rip-off Report that I did write. Since my mother had just died around the time this was posted, I cannot say I wrote it. I do not remember alot around that time. However, Heather and I agreed that a misunderstanding had occurred. She has since refunded the majority of my deposit. I wish her success in her future business. |

| One must apply to this site to do a report, the woman has lied several times and even made a fake name up to tell me I lost her business. What a peice of work she is...Please do not sell to her if you are a breeder of the Ragdoll, I have an email where she let her un altered kitten out doors un suprervised and he went missing. what kind of person buys an expensive cat and lets is run away. If anyone wants to see the email let me know. also when she told me her mom died she was slandering me on another site that I was able to remove, what person would slander someone 2 weeks before christmas and especially when there mom was passed. very odd indeed. I returned her money cause I want no parts of her she is crule and has based my hobby to where I am losing sales, the kittens will suffer I told her not me, and she has nerve to tell me to reduce my prices, when in fact ragdoll kittens go for what I charge and I would not want to under price the other ragdoll breeders it would be not very nice. |

II will no longer purchase a "purebreed" anyway. I found a perfectly awesome Maine Coon at my local animal shelter. I am thrilled with both the price and temperment of my shelter cat. No more breeders for me.
And I had to sign up to respond to this person so I did not lie. She called me an atheist!!! What kind of person would do that? |

| Since the 600 dollar Ragdoll ran away I would go with the shelter cat too. Since I blocked you I cannot email you, so do not keep posting here to get to me, its wrong. I have just asked them to remove it, which YOU should have done, even if for some reason it ended up here it still was done by you, why should I have to go through this due to your fast false accusations and yes I do not see any God in yoru heart after you have threatened to audit my taxes to get your refund back and you threantned to sue me for all I had just to get back a 150.00 deposit that was non refundable due to you not waiting to pick out a kitten. All breeders do it this way, its just unfortinate that you ended up being one of my customers and you. I will see you in court soon. |

You are the one who selected a kitten for me. You are the one who has, and continues to, write about me without any disregard of the TRUTH. I cannot even understand half of what you say due to misspellings and rambling sentences. I will tell you this, I never threatened to audit your taxes. Read what I wrote you. Did you fail reading comprehension in school. I am eagerly awaiting court. I know some things about you that will look great for me in court. |

| BTW, ask your lawyer how much you will get from someone covered under bankruptcy protection. I went bankrupt settling my mothers estate. You will get nothing. I hope you are happy. I wish I had never heard the word Ragdoll or Castletopdolls. See you soon. |

| Cathy you are now going back to your old believe that I ripped you off when you told me that you knew it was due to a misunderstading, do you find this funny to hurt me after I refunded you? I owed you nothing but still gave money to you to you, that is completely horrible. If you were a kind lady you would have just asked the web owner to erase this. I am the one written about not you so why do you feel the need to even respond? your not the one who is breeding and selling cats so you have no right to take away my rights as a breeder and make me look bad. I explained that my email did not get to you and I had not known you were deaf or you said you were deaf but I will find that out soon enough because I caught you in so many lies that I do not trust you what so ever, you also know that I sent you many emails that I can PROOVE I have, that say I had many kittens available and you would be able to get one and you had 5th pick not 4th and that I would get back to you when I knew what ones were picked out by the other people, You assumed that I could go very fast to place the other 4 kittens with the people ahead of you and you panicked, why I will never know, it was not my fault that there was people ahead of you and did not move fast enough to choose a kitten, why should I get the blame for that. Since you are not a breeder you could care less why...but You were so egar to get a kitten that I am now on a ripp off site. I am done with this crap. If this does not get removed I will just have more to tell my Lawyer on Monday. Also I selected the 5th kitten that I had left if you remember there was only 5 in the liter and you had last pick. I guess thats all you can say about me. but how can I be ripping you off if I offered you the 5th kitten plus the one that I had left . |

| When you stated that your mon died you were using fake names to harrass me and threatning me, what kind of person does that with a mothers loss. Like I said maybe the posting did transfer here but why should I have to see it and have others see it, why don't you have it removed? I should not have to go through this. I am going through a car accedent now and when my lawyer wraps this up, I will be sure to go forward with all this concering you. I am a good caring pasionate person and work VERY hard to make people happy to own healthy wonderful animals I cannot let this go and will not stand for my name all over the net saying I am a scam/fraud... I will not reply back. site tight lady !!! |

| My lawyer has told me to ask to remove this, if it does not get removed with in a few days I will have to take action against the woman and this site. |

| I saw this posting, the woman who posted worked at my job and is a first class Bitch, she would boss people around ad even made one quit her job, she does not gather enough info on situations so I know she did not gather anything to say this breeder is bad. |

| I JUST BOUGHT FROM THIS BREEDER, EVERYTHING WAS FINE, I HOPE THIS GETS TAKEN DOWN, MRS KERNS IS A NICE LADY AND SOLD ME A WONDERFUL CAT. ITS A SHAME ANYONE CAN TYPE BEHIND A COMPUTER AND SOOT LIES OFF. IT SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD. |

| I agree, this breeder has been around since 2002 and placed many kittens in homes, as well as I own one and its odd if this is even true and if it is maybe this woman deserved it due to the fact that she treated the breeder as a criminal before she even could sell her a cat. I would give her a hard time too if she lied about me. |
