Henderson Hyundai Superstore Misrepresentation of vehicle condition, Did not honor additional warrenty Henderson, Nevada

I purchased a 1st car for my daughter for her 18th birthday after hours and hours of searching and test driving. I was told that this car was in near perfect condition and the test drive appeared to confirm this statement. I repeatedly explained that this was going to be my daughter's first car and needed to be safe for her to drive. I was assured over and over that it would be, but I was also given a 90 day or 3000 mile additional warranty to ease my mind. I was told that one of the perks of buying a used vehicle from a dealership is that they go over the car with a fine tooth comb to assure it is in great condition before they re-sell. Within days of our purchase we had to take it back to repair a tail light fuse. They did this without too much complaining, but the woman who received the car from us at the service department was rude and seemed annoyed to even have to deal with us. About 2 months later I was informed that all the belts etc... needed to be replaced and when I called to request an appointment I was told that this service was not included in the additional "warranty" I had been given. I spent about $450 to fix this issue. Then one day, my daughter pulls up and I hear the worst noise coming from her car. I brought it into my local mechanic and was told it needed new breaks, rotors and both the axles were shot. I was again told that this service was not included in the "warranty" I had. Of course, I did not have the money to fix this issue, as it is quite costly, and I had spent most of my savings to purchase the car to begin with. So, my daughter's birthday gift has been sitting in the driveway. Thanks a lot Henderson Hyundai. You can believe that I will never purchase another vehicle from your lot and I will be sure to tell any friend or relative who is looking to buy NOT to deal with you either. You are liars and frauds and you have ruined my long planned and saved for birthday gift to my daughter. You should be ashamed.
