| Hezi is a Fraud. I gave him a refundable (according to contract) downpayment to do loan modifications for 5 properties, after forging my signature (without me knowing), changing leases (without me knowing) and my income statements (without me knowing), and getting rejected, dozens of times, he refused to pay me the money back. After reaching out to 7 other clients that he did this to, and filing a law suit, he entered into a contract with me, saying that he is broke and he will come up with money some how (reduced amount), by paying monthly, he had not paid. I have brought both criminal and civil lawsuits against him. I have filed with the attorney generals office as well. STAY AWAY! |

We are sorry you remain dissatisfied with the services our company provided to you. Our company cares about its clients - past, present and future - and we continually strive to be better.
You may recall that the company obtained a modification for you on one of your investment
properties, saving you more than $100K over the life of that loan! You paid the company less than 10% of the amount saved. While the company is willing to reimburse a client for services not provided or results not attained, please note that:
A client's continued failure to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner prevents
the company from effectively providing services it agrees to perform. Also, when a client abruptly stops work of this kind, it is prevented from completing its services.
And, if a client's documents contradict or fail to support his or her stated reasons for modification
requests, the company is similarly prevented from providing the services it agrees to perform. For example, prior to submitting to lenders copies of property leases between a client and various groups of
unrelated tenants, we must verify that such agreements do not violate residential zoning laws, though this may be contrary to the client's wishes.
It is well-known that attempted lawsuits, and other efforts to smear the company and its owner, have been flatly and unanimously rejected by the courts, the DA and the attorney general! No jury. No indictment. Just specious accusations of illegal and/or unethical acts, and wholly inaccurate and
unsubstantiated claims, all of which resulted in dismissals with prejudice - precluding any renewed attempt to waste the court's time.
The company's services attract commercial, investment and residential property owners looking for help. They also sometimes attract opportunists looking to profit or gain at the expense of others, whether
their bank or our company.
An unscrupulous, continued campaign of false online statements, which echo the already-rejected claims
above, wrongfully tarnishes and causes damage to a good company that has worked hard to obtain hundreds of successful results for its clients. It does not result in extortion payment. |

.Hezi Torati has taken money from many people under different claims.
He cannot produce any modifications he claims.
I know of people who work and have worked for him that will witness what he is doing.
Many have left him because of his lack of ethics and ways.
This man must be stopped.
He was arrested back in March and now in his rebuttal claims he has no problem.
We need to make formal complains to the authorities and an investigation of his practices scrutinized. |
