Non working Product

Purchased a HID light kit for my 2011 Jeep Liberty with the life time warranty upgrade. The product malfunctioned from the day I got it. The high beams would flicker. I contacted company about the problem, they told me to send my kit back (on my own expense) and was told by a customer service rep that I would get a updated kit because the kit I had purchased was known to have issues with the ballasts.

When I received the replacement kit, I noticed the kit I got back was the exact same type of kit and ballasts I had originally. I installed the kit in my Jeep and had the same problem of flickering High Beam light. I emailed the company several times with out a response. When I did finally get a response I was told I would get a call from "Mike" the next day. After 10 days, no call from Mike. I emailed the company again to see when I would get a call several times again, was told Mike would call me within 2 business days. Almost a month later still no call from Mike, no working product, no refund. This company just gave false promises and sold me a garbage product.

Tried to canx my order with HID Nation 5 min after ordering due to an error on my part. Got nothing but run around. 8 phone calls and a total of 44 min on hold I finally spoke to John who claimed to be a manager. Said my order had been shipped which I was trying to prevent with the previous 7 phone calls nobody would help me with. John told me they do not allow returns. I informed him as soon as it showed up I will return the un-opened shipping box, contact my bank for a payment reversal. He simply replied ok.

All this could have been avoided with some simple customer service and I would have purchased from them in the future. Now I will blast them wherever I can.

Foolish management.
