BUYER BEWARE !!!! My wife and I made reservations to eat Thanksgiving dinner at 2:00 pm in a private dining room at the Hide Away Country Inn sometime early November. Our experience was mixed as the dinning experience was excellent as oppose to our customer service experience with Debbie Miller A.K.A The Owner as she likes to flaunt. We were not greeted upon arrival nor given any instructions in contrast we waited approximately an hour and fifteen minutes before we finally got seated. We found Debbie Miller very abrasive and rude in her demeanor after we introduced ourselves and stated that we had 2:00 pm reservations. Later, we received a phone call about staying overnight Christmas Eve and Christmas day of which we reluctantly decided to do, only after Chief Mike apologized and offered us special perks in order to help redeem our experience. In short, Chief Mike reneged on that offer and spoiled any good he tried to accomplish. Furthermore, our entire experience after that went right down the toilet. In hindsight, my wife and I regretted trying to give the Hide Away a second chance. In closing, I strongly suggest to anyone looking at staying overnight, dinning or booking a special event at the Hide Away Inn to review the reviews on Travel Post and Trip Advisor first before making any final decisions.

Facts:
1) Many complaints on tripadvisor.com relating to poor experieces.
2) Chef Michael Thompson no longer cooks for the HideAway Inn.
3) Debbie Miller / HideAway Inn was and is kicked out of the Bucyrus Chamber of Commerce for "poor business practices".
4) HideAway Inn is not acredited with the Better Business Bureau.

This is just a few reasons why one should not do business with the HideAway Inn / Debbie Miller.
