HIGH TIDE PROPERTIES, Seung Lee
Took my money and never delivered a lease or keys!!

Beware of Seung Lee of High Tide Properties. My husband and I first contacted him regarding a property he had listed. Although we liked the property we decided to continue to look around. He asked us for a "good faith deposit" of over $4,000 stating that it would be applied to the first and last payment once we did find a property we wanted to lease. Against our better judgement we paid him the money. The only thing is now we have made numerous phone calls and emails to him with no response. We've gone by his office at 4550 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego, California only to find it locked. We also read a report on Ripoffreport.com that he's done this to several others and that he was kicked out of an office he used to have on Camino Del Rio for not paying rent. BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!! DON'T PAY HIM ANY MONEY OR WORK FOR HIM!!! He will most likely rip you off as he did us. We are reporting him to the real estate board.
