HLH has devised a scheme to rip the US Government off. They take US ACES projects in Afghanistan, steal the money, do not pay sub contractors, employees or benefits and have been successful in repeating this fraud they claim 80 times. They are a fraud Iraqi company that is laundering money through US BAnks . Please do not work for them

This is true. I am an american company who was contracted by Highland al Hujaz Co (HLH) to perform work on their 42 million dollar US Army Cops of Engineering project in Afghanistan. I have completed my project and have yet to be paid for over 6 months now. HLH has not paid any of their subcontractors and the USACE is aware of this fact and has been complicit in allowing HLH to continue to scam and rip off their subcontractors, suppliers, and employees. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

The Iraqi owner is becoming rich and he did not pay our salaries for 4 months. I worked with this company for 9 months and I never saw this owner even once in the job site. Just like Osama hiding and scheming his bad moves. We hope the USACE will terminate it's RMTC project once and for all to prevent further damages to US projects in Afghanistan. DO NOT BELIEVE IN EVERY WORD THE HLH OWNER TELLS YOU.
