False Reporting

1. "What the Anonymous" persons and any named persons said on this site stated about me, by business and the quality of the homes we build is false and defamatory;
2. A lawsuit is pending in the New Hampshire Hillsborough County North Superior Court in which I am seeking legal relief and money damages against any persons who have engaged in such defamatory conduct;
3. The owner of this website has been named as a defendant in the lawsuit due to the false postings;
4. You must, on this website, immediately and unconditionally retract your posting concerning me and my business to mitigate my financial losses and your resulting financial liability caused by your postings instead of permitting those losses and your resulting liability to grow;
5. All of you persons who have posted any claims or information about me must immediately identify yourselves by full name and address so that you may have your opportunity to explain and defend your statements to a judge and jury after you are served by an authorized process server regarding the lawsuit, if you believe that your statements about me are true ad if you wish to stand behind those statements.
6. Your failure to immediately identify yourself and your service contact information, if not also your failure to retract your defamatory statement concerning me, will alternatively result in the issuance of a subpoena compelling this website host to fully disclose your identify and your contact information for the purpose of service of process."
