His Black Box Giant scam Internet

His Black Box is an internet service that provides men's grooming supplies on a monthly basis. It was recommended by multiple different men's lifestyle sites. The website offers multiple different pay scale levels for larger amounts of items. Here's how it works: you sign up for one of the packages. Every month, the website will pre-charge you for the box and within two or three weeks, a box will arrive at your house.
The service itself is generally as advertised. However, the items would often be different than what was listed on the site. Because you are receiving the same types of products every month, you eventually end up with too much stuff. As a result of this, I decided to quit. I had too many products and I could not justify spending the money every month.
I attempted to cancel through the website, which requires an e-mail sent to the cancellation web address. However, this address is not in existence. So I e-mailed the other website address. Someone eventually got back to me and told me that the subscription would be canceled. However, the next month, a black box came and I found that my account was charged. So I contacted them again and they told me my account would be canceled. And then the next month came. I set a strongly worded e-mail to the website and eventually the founder, Saleem S. Khatri, e-mailed me and assured me that I would be taken off the subscription list immediately.
I thought I was finally done with this company, when another black box came and they charged my account. I have now had to threaten legal action. This company has unscrupulous business practices and it will only be a matter of time before someone sues them. Do not do business with this company.
