Talk about a nightmare. This is my first home and not to mention the biggest mistake I have made. I have only had problems with History Maker. They were so nice and helpful up to the point where I closed on my home. This is when all my problems began. Their service is not what you call service. They will not respond to any requests that you may have, apparently it is because they have a high turnover rate and all the request just get passed up or ignored.

I have paid top dollar for complete wood flooring throughout the entire lower level of my house. The floor has already been replaced once after fighting with them for several months. I had to take two unpaid days off work for them to do the work just to find out that not even a year later the floor AGAIN needs replacement. They do not care about your well being all they care about is passing the buck. Beware!!!!! If you decide to build please do yourself a favor and go with someone other than History Maker.

Same problems with history makers. Been over two years, and I have had to put in more complaints and request with History Makers than I can count on two hands. They use cheap parts. They do sloppy repairs and their customer service is rude. Never buy from Hisory Makers unless you like nightmares.
