Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orange Lake They changed my contract without approval. Internet

We bought a timeshare From Burroughs & Chapin in Myrtle Beach for the use of 26000 RCI points. We were able to vacation there 2 years. Then Holiday Inn bought the property from B&C and we have not been able to use it since. Also our points are now Holiday Inn points and if we want to use them for RCI then we have to pay $50.00. I should be able to convert my RCI points (123000) to Holiday Inn points for $50.00. I also have to pay club dues now on top of maintenance fees. I did not want to be a Holiday Inn member or I would have bought at thier resort to start with. I still making monthly payments, club dues and maintenance fees for something I have not bee able to use the last 2 years. $10,000 down the drain and nothing in the contract I signed is the same.
