Daughter was traveling to Europe this summer, thought it would be a great idea to get a local SIM card from holidayphone.com as she had an unlocked iphone and overall I would save some money over att international plans. The SIM never worked, she really had no opportunity to travel 40km to a local outlet for help and so the SIM card and plans i paid for were never used. The company, despite marketing materials which state as one of the reasons you should use them is that you get a "100% guaranteed working SIM card" made no effort to replace it. Contacting them afterward they are unsympathetic and basically take the position - too bad. No refund, no credit, no partial refund. Nothing (but barely concealed laughter and contempt). Beware! If you have a problem, you too will feel like you handed a street vendor cash for a purchase and they simply ran away with your money AND the merchandise.

I've used this company twice. One time going to Germany, and another time going to the UK. It worked as promised for me on both trips.
