| I was swindeled by Homesafe America. I was trying to get a Loan Modification on my home and used them because I stupidly believed their "100% Guarantee or Money Back" promise that is to this day posted on their website. Not only did they do Nothing on my Loan Modification; they never had answers for me when I could reach them on the phone. They demanded $1700.00 up front which I paid in March 2010. It is now December 2010 and not only did I lose my home they won't give me my money back. They did admit they couldn't work with my bank after 6 months of waiting for an answer. I still have not received my full refund which I am entitled to. Their guarantee says if through no fault of your own they aren't successful in your loan modification you get a FULL refund. These people take advantage of people in bad situations and have no regard for the law or moral decency. How do people like this sleep at night? I have reported these people to the Better Business Bureau,Consumer Protection Agency, and the Federal Trade Commission. Why they are allowed to continue scamming others is crazy. I hope they are brought to justice for screwing over so many people. |

| "We have been working with Home Safe America, we really liked Debra Rennie...however, we then recieved a message (after trying and trying to get ahold of ANYONE and leaving messages and emails after emails!) from someone completely different asking us to update the info, after we had sent the updated info "4" times!!! STILL trying to get some sort of a respone of ANYONE and not having any luck...can't even get through to the phone number...what's up with this company? Are they still in business? If so, how on earth do you get ahold of anyone? Sure would love it if anyone could provide a number or a contact person or does anyone have business still with them and who??? Please help... |

| We have been working with Home Safe America, along with Michael Wagner, Sophia Ricketts, Sam, etcl. They all played a good game, because when it came down to the crunch, they were gone. We also paid them $3, 200.00, for empty promises. My bank also tried contacting them they could get a response. Need your help desperately to get our money back. |
