Mr. Delport answered the phone on Saturday and I explained to im that I was getting this Colema board for a friend whom was having some serious medical proceedures done the following friday. We wanted to have the colema board asap as the cleanse would benefit her in many ways we were willing to overnight but he guaranteed me Iwould have by Tuesday.He never mentioned that his boards were not colema boards which are a branded by Colema Boards of California and he was a copy. He again guaranteed we would have it Tuesday. I then got my girlfriend very excited and we both waited patiently on Tuesday til it was now wed, thurs, fri, sat, sun, and now monday and still no board. I spoke with this man every day and he continually promised me the board each day with a new story I asked him 4 times if he could send me my tracking number and then last Friday said he tracked it and it would be here Monday I said enough!!!!My girlfriend already had proceedure and the thrill of this was over and the fact that to this day I never got a tracking number he said he credited my account on Saturday but I do not see the credit as of yet tells me there is something very wrong with this business practice at he least Really....Bad Customer Service. Honesty goes a long way. This could have been a decent amount of business for this man as my girlfriend has a Pilates studio and is very influencial to her clients and noted as the best of the best here in Miami and it is unfortunate for him that he has a issue with honesty. This wasn't a dress or a fluff gift for herself this was a health related issue that could have benefited greatly by using the board a week before her proceedure instead of stressing us both out and now wondering if we will even get our money back. I would beware buyers as this is not honesty or integrity at the very least and I say go to Colema Boards of California nwebsite if you want excellent customer service it is a little bit more money but you are getting quality service, board, and it is the original manufacturer of the Colema Board and you get excactly what you seek when shopping online a true healer of a man that cares about your health not just selling a copy.
