Hooked on Phonics False Advertising chino, California

I ordered the Hooked on Phonics product on April 12, 2011. I was told that I had 30 days to review the product before I would be billed. I received the product on April 19, 2011. I was billed for the product on May 13, 2011. I have not reviewed the product a full 30 days, that was said I would be given, in the 30 day free trial. The response that the supervisor gave me was that the system is set up on the order date and not the receipt date, as the salesperson had told me. While I like the product I do feel as if the company has deceived me in the placement of my order. I was looking to have a free trial of 30 days and was not given the opportunity before being billed.

You sound completely stupid. Even if you thought you would be billed on May 19 instead of May 13, that is only A SIX DAY DIFFERENCE!!! Get over it bitch.
