Hormel Foods - Hormel Foods Sales, LLC Lightening struck twice and found stones in this chili from Hormel foods. Austin, Minnesota
22nd of Nov, 2011 by User742552
Wow! This company does not take special care to remove rocks and stones from their beans. Proper sorting to remove foreign objects from beans is highly essential. About a year ago I bit into a small pebble and now last month I bit into a large stone in my chili. This one cracked my tooth. I am very upset. Also, they were supposed to send me replacement coupons and I called because I never got them and they stated that "it was not their fault". I was very upset and will never buy products from this uncaring company again. I had been a good customer and now they will never have my money again. I am tired of finding rocks in my chili and I worry that my children may hurt their new adult teeth this way. I wont risk this ever again!
