www.hosteddialer.com Fax: (866) 622-6580333 N Wood Dale Rd, Ste H, Wood Dale, IL 60191-1563 Vioteck Solutions Limited, this company is a total SCAM, I talked to this company and did a test run for couple of days, they needed my credit card for the trial but said it would not be used if I did not want to move forward with purchasing there system, this company ran my card for 900.00 in Febuary 2013 and then ran it again for 2000.00 in march 2013 without notifying me, this was after i spoke with the women in phillipines that hardly speaks English that I will not be using there software, I tried there system for a couple of days and there were ALOT OF ERRORS, Dialer only calls one column of numbers, will not call other numbers for consumer, Dialer called West coast accounts when I put in there system I was calling from East coast and not to call people at 5am in the morning, Well we woke 100's of people up, We could not transfer calls to the payment department because there software does not allow you to do this, All calls get dropped while trying to transfer, You cannot recycle accounts in there system, After you hit recycle it still calls everyone back you just spoke with 10 minutes ago, I spoke tech support multiple times and they kept on giving me reasons why there software does not work, Finally they said they would transfer me to another server that is not having PROBLEMS and should work, ONCE again the dialer does all the above, If your looking for a CHEAP dialer look somewhere else, The program hosted dialer is using is the same program 10 other company's are also using, these company's are purchasing the program from a reseller and then acting like there the ones that developed this JUNK, also the 10 other company's that have the same software are charging $100.00 per seat not $149.00 like hosted dialer is charging, Hosted dialer said there the developers of this software LOL but the other company's that have the same software can give more of
a discount than they can LOL, Good luck talking to the IT Tech support in the phillipines.
